All sea-facing rooms have several sets of French windows, shuttered against the heat of Summer. To take in the breathtaking views , the main living areas are upstairs and the bedrooms, the utility rooms, kitchen and bathrooms are downstairs. The superb landscape - sea or mountain - is never far from the eye.
Most of the year, a large part of your time is spent outside. This is where Jasmine Villa really comes into its own. The extensive terracing and landscaping provides a different ambience for every mood; vine covered sun-dappled sitting areas for shade; deeper shade at the back of the house offering welcome relief on a baking afternoon in high summer; a table under a tree; or the suntrap Travertine terracing around the pool.
The swimming pool measures 15m x 7m (105m2) and is by far the largest private pool in Kalkan.
